Mae polisi llywodraeth yn eirioli system hollol newydd i ddatblygu iechyd meddwl, budd a gwasanaethau cefnogi phlant, pobl ifanc ac eu theuluoedd ar draws Cymru - yn cynnig strategaeth o ‘ddim drws anghywir’ i hybu cynghor arbenigol sydd yn sydyn ac yn haws i chael mynediad.

Recent Government policy has advocated a whole system vision for developing mental health, well-being and support services for children, young people and their families across Wales - promoting a ‘No Wrong Door’ approach so that specialist advice and expertise is quicker and easier to access.

Mae’r seminar yma yn siawns i chydweithwyr yn iechyd cyhoeddus, oed ifanc, cynghor cymdeithasol yn y sector trydydd ar draws Cymru i gymryd stoc ac i feddwl sut all gwasanaethau iechyd plentyn a teulu cael ei ailgynhyrchu a’i chymwysteru i ddarparu ymyriad fuan a gwasanaethau rhwystro. Mae hefyd yn chyfle i feddwl beth gall wasanaethau cyfannol ieachyd plentyn a theulu gwneud i plant a teuluoedd i arwain at chefnogath, a canlyniadau gwell..

 This seminar is an opportunity for colleagues in public health, early years, social care and the third sector across Wales to take stock and consider how Integrated Child and Family Health Services can be redesigned and commissioned to provide early intervention and preventative services. It is also an opportune time to consider what Integrated Child and Family Health services could mean for children and families to lead to better support and outcomes
