Infectious disease outbreaks, like the current coronavirus (COVID-19), can be scary and can affect our mental health. While it is important to stay informed, there are also many things we can do to support and manage our wellbeing during such times.

Across the nations of the UK, lockdown is easing in different ways and at different times. As we begin to come out of lockdown many of us are faced with both challenges and opportunities.

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak means life has changed for us all. It may cause you to feel anxious, stressed, worried, sad, bored, lonely or frustrated.

It's important to remember it is OK to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently – for most of us, these difficult feelings will pass.

This webinar, will address the current state of mental health within the nation. Featuring some of our leading Mental Health professionals, this session will assess the services available both existing and new, focussing on ways you can help improve your mental health and wellbeing if you are worried or anxious about the coronavirus outbreak, giving you the tools to be able to look after yourself and those you care about.
